Liquid Nitrogen

Liquid nitrogen is available at Ilam Medical daily. This can be used to treat verrucas, skin lesions and warts.

A doctor’s consultation is needed prior to cryotherapy, in order to determine if this is the best form of treatment. Once the lesion is diagnosed consecutive treatments will be carried out by a practice nurse, most often than not the lesion will require more than one treatment, the treatments must be a minimum of two weeks apart.

The nurse will explain the process to you at your appointment prior to commencing the therapy. If you have any questions or concerns please call and ask to speak with one of our nurses.
